Questions owners actually ask
Is it really all-in? What about the beacons?
Two beacons per bed ship with your subscription — one in use, one spare — at no extra cost. There is no setup charge and no device contract. Beacons are consumables, so if you need more later they are $25 each with no minimum.
What phones do we need?
The ones your staff already have. The web app installs on anything modern; the native iPhone/Android apps add Bluetooth verification and NFC. Many facilities run a phone-use stipend — we'll share what we've seen work.
How long does setup take?
A facility is provisioned in minutes: your rooms and beds, your units, your staff accounts. Most programs run their first verified round the same day the wristbands arrive.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. Your facility's data is isolated in its own database and exportable — census, rounds, audit trail, reports. Off-boarding includes a complete export.
Is there a trial?
30 days, full product, on a demonstration or live basis — your call. No card required to start.
Do you sign BAAs?
Yes, for covered entities — see BAA information. Your privacy officer can send technical or contractual questions directly through the contact page.
